What are your opening hours?
- Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday 8:30am – 12:30pm
- Sundays & Bank Holidays CLOSED
- We do not open Saturdays for the month of January

How long can I keep the goods hired?
Our prices are for a 48 hour hire. An extended hire period can be arranged, should you require longer. Weekends (Friday to Monday) and Bank Holidays are an exception and will only be charged 1 hire. Please contact customer service at 01 290 7400 for any additional rates.
Are your website prices VAT inclusive?
All our prices on the website show net prices, VAT is added at 23% and is calculated at the checkout.
How does your security/breakages deposit work?
We will charge a refundable security deposit for all goods hired. For orders up to €500 we will charge a €50 security deposit. After this the security deposit is scaleable to the value of the order. The deposit will be returned after any breakages have been assessed and deducted accordingly.
How will I know the what the costs are relating to losses or breakages?
All replacements costs are shown on the hire document (exclusive of VAT) which you receive at the commencement of the hire. VAT is chargeable on all losses/breakages.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There are no minimum order quantities for collection and return. However, if you want us to deliver then our delivery charges will apply and we reserve the right to say that we will not deliver for small quantities as they may not be enough to cover our costs.
Can I amend my order?
You may amend your order up to two days prior to delivery of the order or one day prior to collection subject to stock availability.
What are your delivery charges?
During standard operating hours we charge from €90. This covers both delivery and collection to anywhere within the Dublin area. Any out of hours deliveries and collections will attract extra charges which our customer service team will be able to provide you with.
Can I collect the goods myself?
Absolutely – This is often the most cost effective method of hiring for our customers particularly on small orders. Our experienced staff will load your vehicle when you are collecting and unload on your return. You can place an order over the phone on 01 290 7400 or alternatively use our Click & Collect service on our website.
When do I pay ?
Payment in full is required to be made by debit or credit card once an order is confirmed. A delivery will not be carried out until payment in full has been received.
